Booking Terms & Conditions

  • PAYMENT TYPES – We accept: Cash, BACS (Bank Transfer) and Card Payments. Unfortunately we no longer accept cheques.
    • Accepted Cards – Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Credit, Mastercard – No Charge
  • DEPOSIT DETAILS – We don’t require a deposit to be taken at the time of booking.  A valid credit card is required to guarantee the booking.
  • ADVANCED PAYMENT –Full booking balance must be paid 7 days before arrival.
  • CANCELLATION DETAILS – If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
  • REDUCTION & NO SHOW – In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
  • If multiple rooms are booked by a party organiser, then this named individual is responsible for any resulting outstanding fees in the event of a breach of the cancellation policy.
  • Please note no reduction will be made for early departure or temporary absence.
  • We do strongly recommend that holiday insurance is taken out for coverage of costs in the event of the unexpected. This is often a free add on to many bank accounts, or quotes can be obtained from most insurance brokers.
  • BEHAVIOUR POLICY – If you behave in an abusive manner towards us or others guests, or if we receive complaints that your behaviour is impacting on the enjoyment of our other guests we reserve the right to ask you to leave and you will not receive a refund for your booking.
  • DOG POLICY – We welcome quiet well behaved dogs and have guidelines for their stay which will be in your room on arrival and please feel free to ask for a copy in advance of your stay. If you are in breach of these guidelines we reserve the right to ask you to leave and you will not receive a refund for your booking.
  • DAMAGE POLICY – We securely hold Card details and reserve the right to charge your Card in the event of damage to our property.
