Epchris House is situated on a quiet residential street, meaning our guests enjoy low traffic noise and a peaceful escape from the bustle of Ilfracombe during the tourist season. Built in the mid 1600s, the house has generous sized bedrooms and a wealth of original features. Our large well-stocked gardens are a haven for birds and butterflies and are frequently visited by owls, foxes and badgers.

All of our rooms, barring the twin en-suite bedroom, offer far-reaching garden and valley views. There are dog-friendly and dog-free rooms available to book. We have a ground floor Garden Suite with a kitchenette and walk-in shower wetroom, which is suitable for wheelchair users and a Ground Floor Twin room, for those preferring not to encounter stairs.
